Details

Hourly Rate: $100 per hour for the upstairs OR downstairs space. Starting at $125 per hour with a barista available, plus the cost of drinks and or food. $200 per hour for both the upstairs and downstairs space

(If having a barista, you must use the downstairs space)

Hours & Availability: There is a 2-hour minimum, we typically allow for 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the event for tear down. All private events must take place after 3pm Monday - Saturday, or after 1:30 on Sunday.

Food & Drink: You are welcome to bring your own food. Alcohol is permitted but cannot be sold.

Deposit: A deposit in the amount of half the overall cost is required in order to reserve the date.
